| Our number one policy is outstanding customer service! We never share any of your information with other companies. Unless otherwise stated, ear wires and chains are sterling silver. Dimensions listed are approximate as each piece is handcrafted to order. Earring lengths are measured from the top of the ear wire, pendants from the top of the loop the chain passes through. All chains are 18 inches unless otherwise noted. Worldwide shipping available. All USA orders are shipped Priority Mail and include insurance. Overseas orders are shipped First Class Mail and insurance is not available. In most cases your order will ship the next business day. If you have not received an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please contact us to ensure we have received your order. Shipping Costs: Up to $50.00 = $6.95; $50.01 - $200 = $7.95; $200.01 - $300 = $9.95; $300.01 - $500 = $11.95; $500.01 - $1500 = $14.95 Please for shipping costs on larger and overseas orders. Should your purchase turn out to be defective in any way, please return it for a replacement within 10 days of purchase. Any returned items should be in original condition and packaging.
